Changing the clip values makes your edit dynamic. Eg:
Head-to-toe shot of child in front of table showing cake preparation
CUT
Close-up of the child’s hands taking and then breaking the eggs.
Here, the CUT is performed when the student grabs his utensil, between the wide shot which presents the scene and the close shot which presents a particular action.
